Stretch your body as far as you can while floating on your front with your face submerged in the water.<br /><br />Maintain elongated legs and pointed toes. Using your feet as flippers, kick your legs up and down (alternatingly) until your ankles are as loose as possible. <br /><br />Kick your legs repeatedly and quickly.<br />Start by extending your arms wide in front of your head. Draw one arm beneath your body until it reaches your thigh. <br /><br />Extricate your arm from the water and sweep it across the surface, preparing it to plunge into the water in front of your face. <br /><br />Continue drawing your arms continuously so that when one arm enters, the other is prepared to do the same.
