Hamas has presented a new ceasefire plan for Gaza. <br /><br />The multi-step plan would first see the release of some Israelis held in Gaza, including women, children, the elderly and sick in return for the release of up to 1,000 Palestinians held in Israel.<br /><br />Our correspondent Sarah Coates reports on the plan and the latest from Jerusalem.
