One Cabinet member told the Parliament on Monday that the Government "wants Harpe Place to have a gated community" and he said this would be one result of the Property Tax and local government reform.<br /><br />Meanwhile, the National Security Minister responded to a question in Parliament from the Opposition about the mass killing that occurred at Harpe Place this past weekend.<br /><br />The Minister said police patrols have been stepped up and counselling has been offered to people in the community by the police.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
