Business owners have been left shocked after a man was captured on cctv dumping raw chicken in the road.<br /><br />Locals who live and work near Cleaver Street in Blackburn, Lancs,. say that a mystery person has dumped the meat in the road around three times in the last few months.<br /><br />Shocking footage captured at around 9.40pm on Tuesday (March 19) shows the man parking his BMW series one, calmly placing a box on the road and then driving off.
