The Ministry of Youth Development and National Service in collaboration with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited today launched an Industrial Apprenticeship Mechanical Programme in Santa Flora.<br /><br />In attendance was Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley who urged citizens to encourage the youth in their communities to enroll in the many national programmes available to them.<br /><br />He says the more young people upskill themselves, the easier it will be for them to find meaningful jobs.<br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us more.
