Russia has accused four individuals of carrying out an assault that killed at least 137 people in a music hall in Moscow.<br />Four were in wheelchairs and three were marched into a Moscow court, bent double. They were all accused of carrying out terrorist acts.<br /><br />The Islamic State organisation, or IS, released video footage and claimed responsibility for the outburst that occurred outside Crocus City Hall on Friday.<br /><br />Without providing any proof, Russian officials have asserted that Ukraine was involved. The assertion is deemed "absurd" by Kiev.
