Online learning for students pressed amid extreme heat in PH<br /><br />Dr. Anthony Tony Leachon, public health expert and former Department of Health (DoH) adviser, backs a move to suspend face-to-face classes and switch to online learning amid soaring temperatures. Leachon added that the best way to avoid heat stroke was through hydration and staying indoors.
