Households across Wales seeing see price rises for many essential services

Welsh households have seen a spike in essential bills from April 1st.<br /><br />Now Council tax rates vary, but as an example of a massive jump in bills residents in Pembrokeshire are facing an over 11% hike. Additionally, water bills are set to climb by 6%, impacting budgets across Wales.
