This is how I manually removed dust, scratches and other particle damage from each frames of old cartoons video using software adobe photoshop 2023. <br />It also works on single image photo.<br />The cartoon is Little Lulu Bargain Counter Attack 1945.<br /><br />The duration to complete will depend on how much damage there is and depends how much minutes on the video.
