A newborn puppy that was hurled out of a moving car "like a piece of rubbish" miraculously survived.<br /><br />Puzzle the terrier was found lying in the road after a passerby heard her squealing in agony.<br /><br />Despite her injuries and tiny size at only 85g, Puzzle survived and is being hand-reared by RSPCA Inspector Leanna Hone.<br />
