A dolphin was rescued after it became stranded on a beach in India. <br /><br />Video shows the dolphin rolling in the waves unable to swim away before wildlife officials came to its rescue.<br /><br />The animal was spotted by bystanders who were cleaning the area on April 9.<br /><br />They quickly called local forest department officials who came to release the animal from the beach in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in southern India. <br /><br />After several attempts in which the rescue stalled, leaving the dolphin beached again, it eventually swam off safely.
