Labour mayoral incumbent Sadiq Khan announced a new 10-point climate action plan this morning, alongside Shadow Energy Secretary Ed Miliband.<br /><br />Mr Khan heralded the prospect of a Labour government and mayor promising more homes, jobs and police officers for Londoners.
