Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is calling for “maximum restraint” and de-escalation after Iran launched more than 300 drones and missiles at Israel late on Saturday.<br /><br />Guterres opened the emergency session of the Security Council Sunday, saying that “it's time to step back from the brink.”
