I was harassed by security for taking this photo. Here is what happened! I took the above photo and upon stepping off the elevator, I filmed the doors closing Put the camera back in the case and rang the elevator. As I was stepping in the elevator I heard a voice from behind me saying excuse me sir. I turned around and it was a security guard. He asked me if I worked for the mall. I said I didn't and then he tells me that photography is prohibited in the mall and I apologized. Here is where he steps out of line. He demands that I delete any photos I took in the mall (If my friend that lives in Atlanta was not with me I would have risen a big stink but I did not want to get him a trespassing order) I proceeded to say damn, the camera didnt work, he then asked for me to show him some photos which i did just to shut him up. I showed him some old photos and that seemed to please him and then he stepped out of the elevator door and let the elevator go. <br /><br />To me this is also false imprisonment due to the fact that he was standing in the elevator door and would not let us out or the elevator depart until I showed him my camera. So Simon properties, if you see this, your security guards are CLEARLY breaking the law!
