President Joe Biden's administration issued a new rule aimed at strengthening privacy protections for women seeking and getting abortions.<br /><br />The ruling prohibits disclosure of protected health information related to lawful reproductive health care, the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said.
