Residents of Les Effort East, San Fernando are calling on the city corporation and Ministry of works to help them avoid severe flooding like they experienced last year.<br /><br />The community says there are certain issues that need to be addressed soon, or else hundreds will again be flooded out when rainy season begins next month.<br /><br />They spoke with our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh on Monday.
