A sales promoter was sentenced to 10 years jail by the Balik Pulau Sessions Court, Penang on Tuesday (April 23) for splashing hot water on a man with Down Syndrome on April 19.<br /><br />39-year-old Oo Saw Kee was also fined RM6,000 after she pleaded guilty to have injured 33-year-old A.
