Consultant Neonatologist Dr. Marlon Timothy says this country's neonatal mortality rate has been on the decline for the past decade, against the backdrop of an increase in the delivery of premature babies.<br /><br /><br />Many of these premature neonates require intensive care treatment, which can be quite expensive, according to the figures that Dr. Timothy is presenting.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
