Police fatally shot a mentally unstable man in Barrackpore around midday Tuesday.<br /><br />A team of officers was responding to a call about the man throwing bricks at vehicles on New Colonial Road.<br /><br />When they got there, the man approached them with a cutlass, causing an officer to fire several rounds at him.<br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh visited the scene on Tuesday and tells us more.
