Allah « سبحانه و تعالى » says in Quran :<br /><br />لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ<br />Certainly We created man in the best form.<br /><br />وَقُل لِّعِبَادِي يَقُولُوا الَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ<br />And tell My servants to say that which is best.<br /><br />إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ<br />Good words (worship) will be presented before Him and He will accept good deeds.<br /><br />A Hadith narrated by Ubaidullah bin Mihsan<br />“The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever among you wakes up physically healthy, feeling safe and secure within himself, with food for the day, it is as if he acquired the whole world.’
