Fire crews were today (Fri) tackling a blaze that had ripped through a leisure centre overnight.<br /><br />Dramatic aerial photos show the aftermath of the inferno at the Clarendon Leisure Centre in Salford.<br /><br />The roof of one section of the building appears to be completely collapsed while the interior has been gutted.<br /><br />Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue said crews were called at around 2.45am on Friday morning (May 10).<br /><br />Eight fire engines from across the region were on hand to tackle the blaze at its height.
