One hundred young people will benefit from training in the Youth Aquaculture Programme, at the end of which they are expected to enter into business. <br /><br /><br />It comes by way of a signed deal between the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service, Caribbean Fisheries Training and Development Institute and the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-Operative Studies.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
