Assemblyman Terance Baynes, from the Tobago House of Assembly, was at President's House, on Thursday.<br /><br />He was there to receive his instrument of appointment, after new THA posts were announced earlier this week.<br /><br /> <br /><br />The Chief Secretary was asked about Baynes being demoted from Secretary of Community Development to Assistant Secretary of Infrastructure.
