Authorities in #Indonesia have raised the alert status to its highest level in the area surrounding Mount Ibu. <br />The #volcano’s second eruption in two days has sent a 5km tall tower into the sky. <br />There is a danger that heavy rainfall could remobilise fresh ash deposits and threaten populated areas with lahars - highly destructive mud flows containing volcanic debris.
