Athletic Club Port of Spain have finally won the TTPFL.<br /><br />There was no slipping up for the Capital Club as they spanked Point Fortin Civic 3-0 to finish two points clear of Police FC in second.<br /><br />The Lawmen earned a 1-0 victory over Central FC, while the out-going champs Defence Force finished third after a 5-1 win over Eagles.<br /><br />But all three clubs have earned important Concacaf cup spots
