Sadiq Khan: Embassies’ millions in unpaid congestion charge is ‘above my paygrade’

Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, says it is "beyond my pay grade to negotiate the conventions that are discussed overseas" in regards to the millions of pounds owed in unpaid congestion charges by embassies in London.
