Conservative MP Craig Mackinlay will return to the House of Commons after he revealed both his hands and feet were amputated last year due to sepsis.<br /><br />Mackinlay was diagnosed with the life-threatening condition and taken to hospital last September.<br /><br />The MP for South Thanet was met with a rapturous applause by his colleagues in the House of Commons, with tributes paid by speaker of the House Linsay Hoyle and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
