This role encompasses both front-end and back-end responsibilities, demanding proficiency in WordPress development, code analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience while adhering to brand standards.<br /><br />Core Responsibilities:<br /><br />• Creating WordPress themes and plugins.<br />• Analyzing current codes and industry developments.<br />• Optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency.<br />• Designing and implementing new features and functionality.<br />• Maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.<br />• Troubleshooting and improving current back-end applications and processes.<br />• Ensuring high performance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.<br />• Formulating more efficient processes and solving problems.<br />• Ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements.<br />• Creating a more seamless experience for visitors.<br />• Collaborating with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional.<br />• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.<br />• Ensuring all documentation is delivered according to specified guidelines.<br /><br />Requirements<br />Minimum requirements:<br /><br />• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience.<br />• At least 3 years of experience working as a WordPress Developer.<br />• Web Proficiency.<br />• Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.<br />• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.<br />• Understanding of industry trends and content management systems.<br />• Experience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as aesthetics, is strongly preferred.<br />• Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and project management skills.<br />• Work in teams to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.<br />• Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines.<br /><br />Skills and Qualifications:<br /><br />• Knowledge of development technologies (PHP, JavaSc
