The Court of Appeal has ruled unanimously that the Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Act is valid and constitutional and does not breach the constitutional rights of public officers.<br /><br />However, the President of the Public Services Association tells TV6 News that the union will be taking the matter to this country's highest appeal court, the Privy Council in London.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
