Roughly two months after five people were killed in a brazen, daylight gun attack at Harpe Place in Port of Spain, the community has been treated to an upgraded play-park, courtesy the HDC and First Citizens Bank. Security barriers and other security measures are also in the pipeline... but some residents told the media that while they are grateful, it may take God himself to bring peace of mind to the community.
