Comelec, Miru inspect HP-printed sample election ballots<br /><br />Comelec Commissioner Rey Bulay and Philippine Consul Cecille Joyce Lao inspect the HP-printed ballots that would be used in the 2025 midterm elections in the Philippines. Bulay and Lao attended the Miru-Comelec Day in Düsseldorf, Germany on June 3, 2024 that showcased the systems set up by Miru, the poll body’s South Korean service provider, and its partner HP.
