A stray cat soaked up the limelight as it wandered onto the stage in the middle of a classical music performance.<br /><br />Video shows the stray cat walking across the front of the stage during a performance at a concert hall of the Lutfi Kirdar convention center in Istanbul, Turkey.<br /><br />Bengi Isil Gokturk, 46, who filmed the video, said: "Being a resident of Istanbul, I wasn't surprised to see the cat because we have many strays here.<br /><br />"I have seen several cats wandering in concert halls before, but never on the stage in the middle of a performance before!<br /><br />"People were trying to keep their laughter in because they didn't want to interrupt the performance.<br /><br />"The musicians and the cat got a big applause at the end though."<br /><br />The video was filmed on the May 31.
