6 dead as fishing boat explodes near Cebu<br /><br />At least six crewmembers of the F/B King Bryan, a fishing boat, are killed when an explosion and a fire hit their vessel nearly 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) off Cebu, coast guard officials said on June 6, 2024. Six others were rescued, including the skipper.
