Bloxwich funeral director leads her first funeral after decade-long journey in her unique career

Bloxwich-based funeral director, Nicola Rickard, 38, found her passion in funeral work when attending one for a family member which left an imprint on her so strong that she wanted to be the person leading them for other families in the future.
