The Energy Minister is questioning the equity and fairness of new carbon reduction trade measure being implemented by the European Union.<br /><br />He is expressing the Government's concerns that it could have a serious impact on the commercial viability of this country's natural gas based exports to Europe such as ammonia and methanol.<br /><br />Those concerns had been expressed by one of the major producers of those exports in this country.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
