Employment: Full Time<br />We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have international experience, a passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs, as well as the ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br />- Lead the design process for interior projects from concept development to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to project timelines and budgets<br />- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs and vision<br />- Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions<br />- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to the success of the team<br />- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and fixtures, ensuring that they meet quality standards and project requirements<br />- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with design specifications<br />- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions<br /><br />Requirements<br />- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field<br />-International experience<br />- Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and design expertise<br />- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software<br />- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of spatial arrangements and aesthetics<br />- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders<br />- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines<br />- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in UAE<br />- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions<br /><br />About the Company<br />LNR is an international consultancy with proven experience providing search solutions in the Built environment with a passion to connect people.
