Employment: Full Time<br />We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Executive with extensive experience in logistics, specifically in sea freight and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies, ensuring cost-effective solutions, and handling end-to-end logistics tasks.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for sea freight and export services.<br />Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client needs to optimize pricing models.<br />Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.<br />Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to ensure the best possible pricing.<br />Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.<br />Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.<br />Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and logistics.<br />Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any pricing or logistics-related issues.<br /><br />Salary:<br />AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.<br />Requirements<br />Proven experience in logistics, with a focus on sea freight and export operations.<br />Strong understanding of pricing strategies and market analysis.<br />Excellent negotiation and communication skills.<br />Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br />Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.<br />Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br />Detail-oriented and highly organized.<br />Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.<br />Immediate Joiner will be preferred<br /><br />About the Company<br />Connecting Minds HR Services FZE is an Executive Recruitment agency that focuses on providing the right fit and tailored approach to help our clients to obtain the right match.<br /><br />Our Jobs influence our life !
