A Netherlands fan lost a full pint of beer while posing for a television camera at his team's Euro 2024 game against Poland on Sunday.<br /><br />The incident occurred just before kick-off at Hamburg's Volksparkstadion after the man spotted a camera panning across his path.<br /><br />He responded by cheering and raising the beer in his right hand.<br /><br />This beer survived but another fell out of the fan's left hand after a stray ball from the pitch struck him on the jaw.<br /><br />Footage of the unfortunate incident was then shared by BBC Sport via social media.<br /><br />The comments section on X (formerly Twitter) was full of people praising the fan for not dropping both pints.<br /><br />'Sucker punch and still kept hold of that beer,' read one comment.<br /><br />Another fan wrote: 'Well done sir'.<br /><br />The Netherlands went on to win the game 2-1 thanks to a late goal from former Manchester United forward Wout Weghorst.<br /><br />Weghorst came off the bench to net the winner in the 83rd minute.<br /><br />Liverpool's Cody Gakpo had earlier bagged the Dutch side's equalizer after Adam Buksa headed Poland into a shock lead in the 16th minute.
