A delay in any construction or property project has become a common situation that a contractor, client, or consultant may face. The industry is aware of the causes and impacts of delaying the construction, however, little effort has been made to reduce this phenomenon. Malaysia is a developing nation with a lot of upcoming and ongoing development projects. With over 9,114 projects, reflecting the vibrancy of our nation’s advancement. However, the unfortunate reality is that a significant number of these projects have been plagued by delays, with over 141 identified cases as of recent data.
