The Prime Minister is doubling down on his talks with an industrialist during his recent trip to India who has expressed interest in this country's mothballed oil refinery in Point-a-Pierre.<br /><br />In a social media post, the Prime Minister says "this country needs some key development projects urgently and it is possible to accelerate the pace of these developments without destroying our environment."<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br /><br />
