This country has begun discussions with HAFED, which describes itself as, the largest apex cooperative federation of Haryana State in India.<br />The talks with the Ministry of Trade and Industry are to attempt to chart a course that would see collaboration with this country on agriculture.<br />Alicia Boucher tells us more.
