This marks the first time<br />n 10 years that the level has been raised to<br />such a high-level of combat readiness. U.S.<br />military bases in Germany, ltaly, Romania and<br />Bulgaria raise threat level to 'Charlie' due to an<br />imminent threat. We also learn that a Russian<br />Mi-8 helicopter made a "hard landing" in the<br />rkutsk Region and was destroyed. We have<br />evidence of a mass drone attack on Kursk<br />Belgorod and Bryansk regions resulting in<br />major Russian losses.
