The National Security Minister reveals that there is a draft National Security Inter-Agency Concept of Operations. <br /><br />This, he says, is yet to be approved by the National Security Council. <br /><br />Minister Hinds made the announcement in the Senate today after stating that the 70,000 rounds of ammunition missing from the Strategic Services Agency pose "a grave and a very serious threat" to the country. <br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
