A woman was shocked when her courtyard filled up with floodwater reaching two-feet high in just seven minutes.<br /><br />Kaya Corbridge, 27, was enjoying an afternoon nap on Tuesday (July 9) when her mother woke her up by shouting "There's a flood. The courtyard is flooding!".<br /><br />Kaya jumped up to look out of her bedroom window and saw the courtyard brimming with gushing water.<br /><br />The flood had broken through the bolted gates and into the courtyard.<br /><br />Dramatic video shows the force of the water carrying away the metal, outdoor furniture with the table's glass pane having been completely dislodged.
