Passage of anti-dynasty law part of bigger problem, says lawmaker<br /><br />House of Representatives' Deputy Majority Leader and Tingog Partylist Rep. Jude Acidre says that passing an anti-dynasty law is just part of a bigger problem, which is the country's weak political system.
