Trainee chefs in China are learning an unusual skill - chopping potatoes on their classmates' bare back while blindfolded. <br /><br />The risky practice method is used by student chefs at the Huzhen Technical School in Baoding, China. <br /><br />Video shows two chefs using large cleaver knives and perfecting their skill of thinly slicing potatoes using their classmates as chopping boards.<br /><br />Their fellow classmates can been seen crunched over with their back exposed as the knifes leave light red marks on their skin.
