The Director of the US Secret Service has admitted the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was "the most significant operational failure at the Secret Service in decades."<br /><br />Kimberly Cheatle is being grilled in Congress over the shooting which resulted in Mr Trump being shot in the ear and a spectator killed, while two others were injured.
