<br />What is the biggest challenge the Police Service faces in getting illegal guns and ammunition off the streets?<br /><br />According to one Deputy Police Commissioner, the challenge is how they are being moved from one part of the country to another.<br /><br />Another challenge for the police is stemming the tide of illegal guns and ammunition entering this country through legal ports of entry.<br /><br />Well, the National Security Minister spoke of efforts to address these issues, including police being allowed to work in areas once reserved for only Customs and Excise officers.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br /><br />
