A person asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the night prayer, how many rak'ahs are there in the prayer of the Prophet of Allah and you, i.e. Tahajjud. If you are afraid that the time of Hujjat has passed, then if you pray even one rak'at, it is sufficient, and the reward of the whole prayer will not be diminished by it.
