At least 18 people were killed after a plane crashed while it was taking off from the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu on Wednesday, officials said.<br /><br />The plane was carrying two crew members and 17 technicians to nearby Pokhara city to repair another aircraft and the pilot is the only survivor, officials said.
